We love to see what our clients are doing with PlanHero™ and all the many ways in which they are organizing their groups and activities, and of course, making time for what matters.

This week we are shining our client spotlight on Navigant, a Guidehouse Company, to see how they are using the PlanHero™ tools to streamline and organize their Heartbeat Program.

The Heartbeat Program through the Navigant BPM division is an outreach and engagement program intended to strengthen the internal workplace culture as well as positively impact relationships with the clients and local communities Navigant serves. The program is divided into four chambers: client, people, company, and community. Most recently, the Heartbeat Team organized a group of employees and their family members under the community chamber so they could participate in a local  Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure®.  They will also be using PlanHero™ to organize the events in their annual patient accounting recognition week. This is a week where they have a number of events and celebrations recognizing the day-to-day work that goes into delivering healthcare financial services.

We use PlanHero™ for office events to keep track of signups for events like the recent breast cancer awareness fundraiser. Rather than using paper signup or reply all emails, we are delighted with PlanHero™ because it saves the administration of signup sheets, provides a central repository for information on events, and allows for targeted, proactive emails to event participants. It will also help me collect historical information on event participation.
