Text bundles for Event and Group updates may be purchased with any plan (for USA phone numbers only). Pricing is: 250 text credits = $5; 500 text credits = $9; 1000 text credits = $17; 5000 text credits = $59. They may be purchased in your Account Settings.

Our Free and Essentials subscriptions are powerfully equipped with all the features you need for most signup and scheduling applications.

If you have many Groups (think organization chapters, church ministries, corporate divisions, school groups), then you may want to consider our Pro or Impact Plans subscriptions.

If you need a basic Member Roster or want custom banner images, or waitlists, the Pro Plan is right for you. If you need a more fulsome CRM for your Members, and/or Check-ins/Check-outs, Background Check integration, and Waiver agreements, then the Impact is more suited to your organization.

Of course. Just log in to your account, and click on "My Account." Simply follow the steps from there to upgrade your subscription.

Yes! Our Free subscription plan allows you to create up to three Events (signups). You are limited to only one active Event at a time, and an active Event cannot last longer than 30-days.

You bet. And we won't make you search for 15 minutes to figure out how to do it. Just go to your My Account, scroll down to your subscription, and either click CHANGE to downgrade your subscription to FREE or click Go to the Billing Dashboard. There you can cancel your subscription directly via the Stripe dashboard. When you downgrade to a FREE plan, you'll continue to have use of your subscription until the end of your current billing cycle. We will then not charge you for the next billing cycle. Your subscription data will remain dormant until you resubscribe.

You billing date corresponds to the date that you initially signed up for a paid subscription. So if you signed up on May 7, your next monthly billing date would be June 7, and so on. Same idea goes for our annual billing plans.

For the Free subscription, you do not need a credit card. If you would like to start with a paid subscription, you will need a credit card.

Of course. We're in this together. We've got your back. Our system will automatically send you a receipt to the email address associated with the billing information you entered when you subscribed.

Uh no. Gross. We believe that the flashing banner ads make people think that you (or someone) has just sent them spam. Or at the least that you're not very professional. No ads.
