We all know that person. If we’re fortunate, perhaps we know a few of them. She’s the person who raises her hand when there’s a need. She quietly says, “Yeah, I’ll do that.” She’s not a martyr. She’s not the one who incessantly complains about how much she has to do. She simply gets it done. Without drama. Without drawing attention to herself. With grace. She volunteers her time and talents because it’s the right thing to do—not THE thing to do.

She (or he) is the person we all wish there were more of. We’d like to clone her. To surround ourselves with the kind of selflessness that she exemplifies. Her example inspires us to do more. To be a better person. To think beyond ourselves.

 

Our CloneThem! program honors just this sort of lovely human being. It’s PlanHero’s way of saying thanks for all that she does in her community and beyond.

 

How it works

  • Demonstrates long-term commitment to helping in the community
  • Volunteers because it’s the right thing to do, not the thing to do
  • Has taken on leadership roles
  • People respect and enjoy working with her/him

 

2. Fill in our application form and read CloneThem! Official Rules

 

 

3. One person honored monthly

 

  • Applications will be narrowed down to 10 each month
  • Our judging panel will then vote on the top 10
  • A single application will be selected as that month’s winner
  • The remaining (not winning) nine applications will be considered in the following month’s CloneThem! Honoring the Best of Us evaluation

 

4. Notification

 

  • The nominator will receive an email and/or text congratulating her/him on a successful nomination
  • The winner will receive an email and/or text congratulating her/him on winning that month’s CloneThem! Honoring the Best of Us contest
  • Winner and nominator must agree to the CloneThem! contest rules which includes allowing PlanHero™ to publicize the winner
  • Winner and nominator are encouraged to share the CloneThem! on their social media profiles

 

5. Prizes

 

  • The winner will receive a six-month free subscription to the full (then available) PlanHero™ Toolkit + a $250 credit for Sun Basket meal delivery service featuring organic and sustainable ingredients.
  • The nominator will receive a three-month free subscription to the full (then available) PlanHero™ Toolkit + a $100 credit for Sun Basket meal delivery service featuring organic and sustainable ingredients.
