Note: the following editing information is for PlanHero 2.0 users only.

 

Click on “View Signups” at the bottom of your signup confirmation email or your reminder email.

 

If you have your signup confirmation email or reminder email, click on “View Signups” at the bottom of the email. To find your signup confirmation email or reminder email(s), search your inbox for emails from noreply@planhero.com (check your Junk/Spam/Trash/Promotions folders if you do not find it in your inbox).

Click the “Send Email” button

We will send you another email. Click the “View Signups” button.

 

 

Click the “Edit Signups” button on any event to edit your signup(s) for that event.

THE FOLLOWING IS FOR EDITING PLANHERO 1.0 SIGNUPS

 

 

Here are three ways to do it:

 

 

1. Find your signup confirmation or invitation email in your inbox (search for mothership@planhero.com and make sure you check Inbox, Spam/Junk, and Trash).

 

  • Your confirmation email (or invitation email) has a personalized link to the event.
  • Click on the pink VIEW EVENT PAGE or VIEW/RSVP.

  • Find your signup(s) on the event page.
  • Click on the PENCIL to EDIT your signup, or click on the TRASHCAN to DELETE your signup.

  • Click NEXT: REVIEW & CONFIRM.

 

 

  • Click the final pink CONFIRM button (your name and email address are already there!).

 

 

  • We’ll send you a confirmation email with your changes.

 


 

2. Create free PlanHero™ account.

 

  • Click here to create your free account (we just need your name and email address or you can use Facebook or a  Google account to create it too).
  • Click on MY INVITES.
  • Click on the desired event card.
  • Find your signup(s) on the event page. Follow the same steps in the images above.
  • Click on the PENCIL to EDIT your signup, or click on the TRASHCAN to DELETE your signup.
  • Click NEXT: REVIEW & CONFIRM.
  • Click the final pink CONFIRM button (your name and email address are already there!).
  • BONUS: Once you’ve created an account, you won’t need to do it again. Just login, and all of your signups will be right there waiting for you. For free. With no blaring ads. 

 


 

3. Contact the event organizer.

 

  • Contact the event organizer and ask her/him to make the changes for you.
  • We will automatically send you a confirmation email letting you know about the change (make sure you check Inbox, Spam/Junk, Trash).
