Refund Policy

Policy Effective November 1, 2017
Updated May 23, 2019 to reflect PlanHero™ name.

We’re normal human beings. We’ll do our best to be fair and equitable in assessing refund situations. So with that in mind, we’ve kept our PlanHero™ Refund Policy simple: If you’re ever unhappy with PlanHero™, for any reason, just contact us and we’ll take care of you.

Examples of refunds we’ll grant:

  • If you were just charged for your next month of PlanHero™, but you meant to cancel, we’re happy to refund that extra charge.
  • If you forgot to cancel PlanHero™ a couple months ago, and you haven’t used PlanHero™ since then, we’ll give you a full refund for a few back months. Seems fair.

Examples of partial refunds or credits we’ll grant.

  • If you forgot to cancel PlanHero™ a year ago, and there’s been activity on your account since then, we’ll review your account usage and figure out a partial refund based on how many months you used it.
  • If we had extended downtime (multiple hours in a day, or multiple days in a month) or you emailed customer support and it took multiple days to get back to you, we’ll issue a partial credit to your account.
